We expect to launch a free trade area, but it takes lots of time, the Silk Road contains many countries, and each of them has its own vision and opinion. In Chinese People’s Republic there is a saying: if there is wish – you can develop the project in different ways - professor Zhigang says. Professor Zhigang mention, that it is very important to develop intercultural cooperation, tourism and agriculture.
We should start with intercultural cooperation – that is a bridge between two countries. We try to analyze and see the best way of building up the cooperation within our countries. We are ready to offer investments for large scale constructions, and we plan to discuss it with government and business society representatives.
Chinese delegation specified a growing demand for Russian speaking specialists: Xinjiang – is a central district of Russian speaking specialists, especially in finance and economic spheres. We as well try to do our best to launch programs of learning Russian language for Chinese students. But, unfortunately that is no enough.
